Optical Storage specifically, is and has been a very reliable way to enhance one’s spinning disk archive as a second tier of near-line storage.  Our Optical solutions include a NAS spinning disk archive that is either Windows or Linux based.  Capacities start at 90TB and can expand to 1.3PB in a single 42RU rack.
